This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success to steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed. Strong understanding of Node.js development and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential. Prior experience with peer to peer stack is great to have. Job requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects.
• 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js).
• Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential.
• Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have.
• Proven experience launching successful products.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels.
• Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile.
