HR Executive

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated reputed company Resources Specialist to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations. Job Location :Remote Job Timings: 12PM-9PM Work Mode: 6Days

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support reputed company and induction processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR initiatives.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of employment labor laws
• Experience with CRM Is a plus
• Familiarity with reputed company and Ceridian is a plus
