Financial Reporting Senior Director

Our client, a telecommunications and digital transformation company, is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Reporting to reputed company their consolidated financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company the compilation and submission of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q and 10-K), including drafting and reviewing financial statements and accompanying footnotes.
• reputed company and finalize the Statement of Cash Flows and Management’s Discussion & Analysis (reputed company).
• Create and review earnings releases and materials intended for the Board of Directors.
• Manage the preparation of GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reputed company financial disclosures and footnote documentation.
• Compile and assess financial reputed company workpapers and support schedules for incorporation into the external financial reports, covering areas such as equity transactions, stock compensation, reputed company, goodwill impairment, contingent consideration, purchase reputed company, and more.
• Provide technical reputed company support and interpretative guidance to finance leads and Controllers across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to supply audit-reputed company documentation and ensure alignment with established internal controls.
• Stay reputed company on changes in U.S. GAAP and SEC rules; assess their impact and produce clear, thorough technical reputed company memos to support conclusions.
• Contribute to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) compliance through control walkthroughs and by coordinating testing efforts between process owners, internal audit, and external auditors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company is required; Master’s in reputed company is strongly preferred.
• CPA certification.
