- Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and navigate computerized systems reputed company
- Prior experience in client services or an office setting is a plus
- Multilingual skills are advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer support
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
