Principal Financial Analyst - Spine

This position will provide financial and strategic support with a focus on enhancing the Spine IOU and CST Ops Finance reporting and analytics. This role involves comprehensive financial management, reporting, and analysis to support the organization's goals. By aligning financial strategies with operational objectives, this position is pivotal in driving growth and efficiency reputed company Free Cash Flow drivers and the OPC statement, fostering key partnerships across multiple functions. This position will be the main finance business partner for the CST VP of Ops and a key player on the Spine reputed company team. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. OPC Statement: Consolidate and thoroughly understand the elements affecting OPC actuals and forecast. Collaborate with GOSC and IOU partners on various components. Work cross-functionally to track SOGL (Scrap/Obsolescence, E&O Reserve, PIA, Cycle Counts), including certain Spine-specific exceptions. Free Cash Flow: Support the CST VP of Operations with reporting needs, specifically reputed company to Operations and Free Cash Flow (FCF). Manage reputed company capital expenditures and inventory tracking and forecasting, particularly for US Spine Sets. reputed company inventory summaries to understand drivers and verify the accuracy of GOSC reports. Monitor backorders and supply issues, quantify the reputed company impact of chronic supply areas, and assess the magnitude of these impacts. Other Projects: Support the Spine OU with S&OE calls, IBP meetings and other reputed company projects as they arise Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (OR Advanced Degree with 5+ years) reputed company to Have: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
