Salary 15.00 to 16.00 an hour plus commission to start reputed company is seeking professional candidates to work in a remote environment that have the ability to work well both individually and reputed company a team. The top 4 qualifications include being reliable, energetic with a positive attitude, a good listener, and great problem solver The position offers a variety of responsibilities and will challenge you daily: Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Focus of customer retention.
- Providing customers with the organization's service standards.
- Identifying, escalating reputed company issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bilingual a plus
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Some experience with MS reputed company is a plus
