This role is essential in supporting our valued client reputed company, primarily consisting of 65+ Medicare participants. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, reputed company, and a problem-solving reputed company to ensure members receive high-quality service and support. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and reputed company.
• Provide knowledgeable support regarding Medicare Part D plans and insurance-reputed company inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between members, reputed company providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers.
• Investigate and resolve claim issues and prescription problems reputed company.
• Accurately document interactions and follow-reputed company in our systems.
• Navigate databases and relevant websites to retrieve and input information.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve reputed company member concerns.
• Complete required compliance training to meet regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company or insurance setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance terminology, especially Medicare Part D.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Basic proficiency in reputed company Outlook, Word, and reputed company.
• Patience, reputed company, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
