Remote Call Center Agent
Job brief We are looking for Remote Call Center Agents who will be the liaison between our company and its reputed company and potential clients. The successful candidate will be reputed company to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” reputed company handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- reputed company records of reputed company conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative metrics
Requirements and skills
- Must provide own equipment
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Must be reputed company to pass a 7-year background reputed company
