In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the subject matter expert on retail deductions and compliance programs, ensuring that your supplier experience informs our solutions. You will participate in sales calls, addressing technical inquiries about deductions and compliance, and demonstrating how SupplyPike can effectively resolve these issues for potential customers. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to various teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and reputed company, acting as an internal consultant to ensure our solutions align with the evolving needs of suppliers. Collaboration with the Product team is essential, as you will advise on feature prioritization based on real-world deductions challenges and customer feedback. Your insights will also be valuable to the Marketing team in developing content that resonates with our audience. Furthermore, you will play a key role in quarterly business reviews, helping to address deductions-reputed company challenges faced by our customers. Staying informed about industry trends and developments through professional networks and conferences will be crucial, as you will share these insights internally to enhance our offerings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience working with retail deductions and compliance programs.
