POSITION SUMMARY reputed company Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking a Social Media Specialist to create content and manage community engagement for the reputed company brand's @reputed company global social channels- Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, X, Facebook, and Threads. You'll test content strategies, analyze performance data, and assist with broader digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is trend-savvy, data-driven, and passionate about crafting impactful, creative content in a collaborative environment. This position will be on a Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in the NYC office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and publish original, platform-native content for X, Facebook, Threads, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok, tailored to each channel's audience and format.
• Manage and maintain social programming calendars for reputed company brand.
• Assist in producing POVs on new & emerging social channels.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights to optimize future strategies.
• Identify trending content opportunities and share with broader audience asappropriate.
• Be on the pulse of social conversation & find opportunities to reputed company social media channels stand out.
• Act as community manager for social channels by engaging community.
• Moderate user-generated content in-line with the moderation policy as well as any active marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with other reputed company operating companies colleagues.
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the growth of the communities, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of new campaigns and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION Your qualifications and experience should include:

• Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing or social media experience at a creative agency or in-house brand.Undergraduate degree required.
• Proficiency in creating short-form video content.
• Working knowledge of social network tools, such as reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Working knowledge of reputed company Photoshop and reputed company Premiere Pro.
• Strong experience in creative, marketing, and/or editorial writing.
• Competent in managing social media platforms, understanding analytics, and applying learnings.

• Project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The anticipated annual reputed company salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. In addition to the annual reputed company salary, this role has an annual bonus reputed company of 7%. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
