What you?ll do: Manage/reputed company a team of software engineers in the development, testing and deployment of our platform, facilitate agile processes, and remove impediments Provide guidance and support for your team?s products and drive incident management towards resolution Partner with our recruiting team to continue to build your team and mentor the growth of the existing team Drive technical decisions and work with your partner TPM to plan, track, and deliver software projects Establish strong working relationships at reputed company organizational levels and cross-functional teams You ll review architecture, design, and implementations, and you ll provide feedback to individual contributors You ll be able to identify and manage priorities reputed company the context of overall corporate objectives Work with others in Engineering Management to drive best practices in software development, testing, and production deployment What you?ll need: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, or a similar math or engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience Demonstrated history of implementing and managing significant software development projects 7+ years of proven Software Engineering experience delivering commercial and mission-critical software 2+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ Engineers Experience with designing, building and deploying scalable, highly available micro-services Experience with Java and reputed company frameworks like Spring Boot for RESTful APIs Experience with developing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as reputed company containers and Jenkins Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or similar cloud providers Proven delivery experience working under an Agile/Scrum methodology Proven experience in delivering end to end scalable solutions Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Position may include occasional travel Bonus: Experience in e-commerce software systems Experience working with React and Spring Boot Experience working with Linux and Kubernetes Experience with RDBS and noSQL databases such as SQL Server and DynamoDB Additional languages beyond Java such as Python or JavaScript reputed company is committed to equal opportunity.
