This course will serve reputed company enrolled in the Food Business and Culinary Entrepreneurship program. SMEs work closely with an academic dean and learning experience designer to advise on and reputed company curricula. reputed company courses are delivered asynchronously online in 5-week terms. - An advanced degree (Master's minimum) or professional credential in food science or other reputed company field.
- Knowledge of and experience in the field of food product development, including use of emerging technologies to reputed company alternative protein sources.
- Understanding of the alternative protein market.
- Willingness to embrace the potential of generative AI tools to improve learning and/or workplace performance.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

The Location: reputed company's Distance Education curriculum is 100% online.
