In this role, you’ll own financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting—while guiding business owners through critical moments and mentoring a rising Financial Analyst. If you’re a strategic thinker who thrives on turning reputed company into action, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, BvA, KPIs)

• reputed company financial models to support pricing, capital investment, and strategic planning
• Evaluate and improve internal controls and financial processes
• Identify advisory opportunities and contribute to firm-wide thought leadership

Client Advisory

• Facilitate monthly and quarterly review meetings with business owners and stakeholders

• Present financial insights in a clear, actionable format without unnecessary complexity
• Maintain timely, proactive communication and ensure reputed company client touchpoints are documented

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor a Financial Analyst, providing direction, feedback, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent client experience
• Promote process improvement, operational efficiency, and alignment with firm values

• Manage reforecasting cycles and reputed company any financial system transitions
• Support M&A activity through financial due diligence and integration planning

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; Master’s or MBA preferred
• Active CPA, reputed company, or EA license required
• 10+ years of reputed company finance/reputed company experience, with at least 3 years in a CFO or senior strategic finance role
• Intermediate-level tax knowledge, with the ability to advise on entity structure, reputed company compensation, and general tax implications
• Experience advising small to mid-sized privately held businesses across industries
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company financial concepts
