The Opportunity...In this role, you will play a key part in the management and maintenance of an individual book of business with an emphasis on increasing reputed company, building relationships, and leveraging data to identify growth opportunities. How You'll Contribute...Manage an individual book of business consisting of our top strategic accounts, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and account growth Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business reputed company the existing customer reputed company Ensure timely delivery and communication according to the customer's needs and objectives Ensure customer retention and prevention of churn across the customer reputed company Track various KPIs and performance metrics Become a go-to expert on our product offerings, platform, and processes
reputed company're Looking For...4+ years of experience in an account management role P&C insurance industry experience Experience managing a team Proficiency with reputed company and reputed company A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to take ownership of your work A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s reputed company
