About the Position

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team and play a central role in building a vibrant, impactful ecosystem of channel partners. You’ll be the connective tissue between VideaHealth and a diverse range of partners including practice management systems, imaging platforms, distributors, and other organizations that drive innovation in oral care. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends sales enablement, community building, and go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in channel, partner, alliance, ecosystems, or sales enablement roles at a B2B SaaS, healthtech, or vertical software company or other similar experience in channel partner or indirect sales 

  • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market models and indirect sales motions through resellers, distributors, referral partners, and other indirect sales models

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; You’re comfortable leading trainings, fielding questions live, and building credibility quickly with both internal and external audiences.

  • Experience building sales enablement materials, activation programs, or reputed company paths that drive measurable results.

  • High level of product reputed company—you’re excited to get hands-on with the product and understand both clinical workflows and business outcomes.
