Publishing Clerk / Documentation Specialist - Entry Level (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Publishing Clerk / Documentation Specialist to assist with preparing, formatting, organizing, and maintaining documents for digital or internal publishing. This is a support-focused role with straightforward tasks, ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency. Responsibilities:

• Format and edit documents in reputed company Word, PDF, or reputed company Docs
• Upload files to internal systems, shared drives, or content management platforms
• Rename, tag, and archive documents using consistent naming conventions
• reputed company documents for formatting issues, typos, or outdated information
• Track document versions and ensure the most reputed company file is available
• Maintain logs or spreadsheets of submitted or published documents
