Teammates must be comfortable working autonomously and have demonstrated the ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources across the organization.The SNF dialysis den has 6 chairs with 1 RN & 1 CCHT working 6 chairs. The den is open Mon- Sat and has up to 3 shifts of patients. The working hours are likely to be between 5a-8p. The RN will likely work 3 days per week with NO on-call.The primary work location is 9009 White Rock Trail, Dallas, TX. If needed, the RN may be asked to support another reputed company dialysis den located at 2021 Shoaf Dr, Irving, TX 75061.What you can expect:In this role, you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. DSD RNs will troubleshoot, and reputed company sound decisions for our patients reputed company to their dialysis treatment and will occasionally partner alongside the SNF staff to coordinate care.Patient education. RNs by training, are Educators. As a DSD Services RN, you will be provided the opportunity to conduct impactful and meaningful education to patients and their families in the SNF setting.Direct Patient Care: The RN’s primary responsibility is to independently demonstrate best practice techniques and deliver optimal dialysis care. The role includes supervising Dialysis Technician who are tasked with delivering reputed company to meet the reputed company and efficiency goals of the program.Complexity - DSD Dialysis care is a reputed company but fulfilling service line. • Previous Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing experience
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in reputed company and Outlook
