• Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks

• Observe and report any changes in client's condition

Qualifications:

• One year of in-home care services experience
• Able to pass a criminal background reputed company
• Reliable transportation. If you are using a car, a valid driver’s license and reputed company of insurance is required.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• Comfortable using a cell phone
