Job description: We are seeking an enthusiastic reputed company Desk Receptionist who will be the first reputed company of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle reputed company aspects of a guest's stay, from reputed company-in to reputed company-out, while embodying our property’s reputed company, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process.
- Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate reputed company reports for the benefit of the next shift
- Manage guest reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs appropriately
- Take reservations in person, reputed company email, or over the phone, including group bookings.
- Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at reputed company experience levels.
- Proficiency in internet software, reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
