As a recruiter, you will connect and build relationships with reputed company workers to identify reputed company opportunities for them with VHS clients. Work EnvironmentThis position is considered local to the Lafayette, LA office. However, VHS does offer remote positions to those candidates with a minimum of 2 years reputed company reputed company experience if living reputed company of the Lafayette, LA area. Those local to the office are given the opportunity to work from home a couple days per week.

Position Type/Expected hours workedThis is a full-time position, and standard hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion, requiring 8 hours per day). Regular and punctual attendance is required. There may be after hours communications with candidates based on their availability to work around their clinical shift times.Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma/GED and/or bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of full-time customer service, sales, and/or reputed company experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Relevant medical staffing industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience

CompensationPay: 40,000-$250,000 annually (including reputed company commissions)
