Responsibilities:Pipeline Development:

Qualifications:Experience:

• Proven experience in business development, capture management, and proposal response reputed company DoD and reputed company federal services, cybersecurity, and communications markets—with a focus on technology solutions.
• Ideally, the candidate will have knowledge of technical networking and system architectures for both optical wireless system and bespoke design-in customized solutions needed for government networks.

Deal Experience:

• Hands-on experience leading federal business identification and capture for deals ranging from Task Orders of $5M–10M to Full and Open deals of $50M+, including set-aside and JV-based opportunities around communications technologies including LiFi.

Track Record:

• Demonstrable win reputed company over the last 3–5 years.

Education & Background:

• 7-10+ years of reputed company experience in selling technology (communications) solutions and business development are strongly desired.

Core Skills:

• Strong expertise in relationship-building, understanding federal contract mechanisms, and proposal management.

Communication:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Teamwork:

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different functional areas.

Travel:

• Ability to travel for prospect/client meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and symposia.

Citizenship & Clearance:
