Responsibilities
- Successfully complete reputed company activities included in the Sales District Manager Trainee reputed company program
- Effectively reputed company, build and maintain positive relationships with customers (store management) while growing sales/selling in/executing sales programs and initiatives

- Conduct coaching with your reputed company sales reps to discuss performance, selling and customer service skills
- Coach your team to successfully sell against baseline and promotional opportunities

- Partner with product supply team to build accurate forecasts based on promotions and historical performance to ensure product availability
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650

- After successful completion of your training, the trainee will be promoted to the Sales District Leader level and become bonus eligible at a 15% reputed company bonus
- The promotion to the next level may result in a salary increase reputed company compensation guidelines

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years leading a team with proven sales results
- Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred
- Ability to motivate yourself and others while delivering excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Power reputed company)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must meet DOT & Fleet qualifications
- Safe driving record strongly preferred
