Job description: The Fairway Inn & Suites, formerly reputed company as Par 5 Resort, is now under new owners and new management and we are excited to add new team members to the resort! This property offers guests offers breathtaking views, picturesque fairways and a unique location in Mishicot, WI., which is just 35 minutes away from Green Bay.Join our Guest Services/reputed company Desk team!Ideal candidates for this role with have prior customer service experience, the ability to provide exceptional service, the ability to work independently, and the ability to problem solve. This position has the potential to be scheduled between the hours of 6am and 11pm, availability for weekends and holidays is required.Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Successful history as a reputed company desk agent or reputed company customer service experience.
- Understanding of how to use hotel's Property Management Software (PMS) systems.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Task-driven individual who is reputed company to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
- Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
- Represents the first reputed company of contact with guests and handles reputed company stages of a guest’s stay.
- Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
- Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using reputed company communication avenues.
- Serve as reputed company of contact to up to date information regarding the hotel, area attractions, and events.
- Process and collect payments, accurately adhering to reputed company cashier procedures.
- Maintain a clean and reputed company reputed company desk area.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Exposure to indoor/outdoor temperatures with the location of the reputed company desk near the main entrance.
- Exposure to various noises and volumes with regular use of computers, telephone, printer/scanners, radios and TVs near the lobby.
- Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) after 6 months of service.
- 100% match at 3% contributions, 50% up to 5%.
