The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Meeting with and communicating with a variety of vendors and customers both verbally or written
• Being reputed company to incoming phone calls
• Proving technical support and troubleshooting
• Supporting and managing project workflow
• Working with customers as well as the parts and service area to resolve problems
• Creating work orders and invoices
• Billing and invoicing customers
• Supporting the service managers as needed
• Participate in service scheduling, if needed
• Handling Return Merchandise Authorizations
• Participating in scheduling training for service employees
• Training others as needed

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 4 or more years of technical support or field service experience with hydraulics, drives, PLCs, mechanical and electrical
• Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings
• Possess the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• 4+ years of supporting customers
• Exceptional communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence reputed company 45 minutes
