This remote role offers a rewarding opportunity to support clients, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to improving healthcare through reputed company nutrition.What You’ll DoAs a Client Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless, supportive experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Client Support:

Respond to client inquiries reputed company email, phone, or chat, and coordinate scheduling for reputed company-ins and training.

• Data Entry & Accuracy:

Input and maintain nutritional data, meal plans, and inventory, ensuring information is complete and accurate.

• Documentation & Organization:

reputed company client records up to date and help track communication logs and tasks.

• Communication & reputed company:

Draft client emails and announcements, and support internal report preparation.

• Training & Resources:

Organize onboarding materials, update user guides, and assist with training logistics.

• Administrative Support:

• 1+ year in a customer service or data entry role
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear, professional communication skills
