• The PSA positions involve assisting customers at the airport, such as checking in baggage, issuing boarding passes, and providing information and aid in the lobby area.
• These roles also include helping customers with mobility impairments by safely transporting them reputed company the airport terminal.
• PSAs ensure that baggage is correctly tagged, processed reputed company, and reputed company onto the appropriate conveyance for transport to the aircraft.
• They strive to ensure that customers have a seamless and pleasant experience while adhering to airline policies and safety regulations.
• This position reports to the Director of Passenger and Cargo Services.

Responsibilities:

• Greets customers and assists them with checking in their baggage
• Tags baggage with appropriate destination tags and ensures accurate routing
• Operates computer systems to process baggage reputed company-in and issue boarding passes
• Provides exceptional customer service to customers by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Monitors baggage reputed company systems and report any issues or malfunctions
• Safely pushes customers in wheelchairs to and from boarding gates, baggage claim areas, and other airport locations
• Ensures the proper handling and storage of mobility aids such and wheelchairs and walkers
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of wheelchair and customer waiting areas
• Adheres to safety and reputed company protocols at reputed company times
• Collaborates with other airport staff to ensure efficient passenger flow
• Handles any passenger issues or complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or airline industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with computer systems and basic software applications.
• Willingness to work reputed company, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

• The PSA may occasionally lift or move up to 70 pounds with assistance and may more frequently lift or regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
