This role is responsible for managing the awarding, packaging, and compliance of financial aid specifically tailored to the online student population. The Director ensures that online reputed company receive efficient, accurate service and works closely with online program staff to support student recruitment, retention, and reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Online Student Financial Aid Management:

• Compliance and Best Practices for Online Programs:

• Collaboration with Online Program Staff:

• Team Leadership and Support:

Supervise financial aid advisors and support staff who work directly with online reputed company. Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality service and compliance.Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Higher Education, Business, or a reputed company field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial aid, preferably with a focus on online or distance education. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.

• Knowledge of financial aid regulations and best practices for online student populations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Skills and Certifications:

• NASFAA Professional Credentials in Administrative Capability, Need Analysis, Customer Service, Direct Loans, and Packaging & Notification of Awards are preferred. Other credentials are strongly encouraged.
• Experience with online financial aid management systems is an asset.
