Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and enter data for provider enrollment, credentialing, and maintenance
• Manage provider information using systems such as reputed company, HURN, RTMS, reputed company, and Cactus
• Review reputed company and applications to ensure complete and accurate data
• Cross-reference provider credentials reputed company licensing boards, accreditation sites, and sanction databases
• Follow standard workflows and guidelines to ensure accurate, timely processing

Required Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of data entry experience
• Exposure to administrative systems or healthcare platforms

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail – accurately manage and input data
• Ability to follow structured workflows – execute processes consistently
• Self-management – stay productive while working independently

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with reputed company or credentialing databases (e.g., Cactus, RTMS)
• Basic knowledge of credentialing standards and healthcare admin tools
• Experience validating credentials across official verification databases
