The specialist will report to the Manager for the office and work closely with ORLC members, reputed company, faculty, and other college administration teams.Responsibilities
- Managing IRB (Institutional Review Board) inbox (directly supporting reputed company in preparing their research ethics review applications) and communicating with reputed company, using established approaches and templates, allowing for personalized response to the student.
- IRB recordkeeping and metrics reporting.
- Serving on ethics committees and university committees.
- Data collection, transcription, data coding, and other data processing tasks for REPSDA research projects.
- Copy editing and formatting reputed company student support materials (e.g., FAQ videos) .
- ORLC projects, as assigned.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating a Windows-based platform especially reputed company and learn the institution's administrative database.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow team-members.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills, able to set and meet deadlines.
- Creative, innovative, strategic, and able to work independently.
- Advanced technology user desirable (database maintenance in reputed company; word template documents; creating/editing of online tutorial videos).
