King South End reputed company (MHKSEA) is a K-12 therapeutic day school dedicated to supporting reputed company with emotional, behavioral, and learning needs. The school offers three distinct programs:

• Melvin H. King Elementary: Serving reputed company in grades K-6 at the South End reputed company site, 90 Warren Ave., with school hours from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Melvin H. King Middle & High School: Serving reputed company in grades 7- 12 at the South End reputed company site, 90 Warren Ave., with school hours from 7:20 a.m. to 1:40 p.m.

• Melvin H. King Prep: Serving reputed company in grades 9-12 at 97 Peterborough St., with school hours from 7:20 a.m. to 1:40 p.m.

The Clinical Program Director will work collaboratively with other administrators, partners, Clinical Coordinators, the Instructional Coach for Clinical Coordinators, district liaisons, caregivers and reputed company to support the planning, development, and implementation of trauma informed school practices and social emotional therapeutic services that support reputed company. The Clinical Program Director for Melvin H. King South End reputed company oversees the work of the Clinical Coordinators across reputed company programs and provides direct supervision, support, professional development, and other supports. The Clinical Program Director will work as a member of a collaborative leadership team to ensure delivery of high quality social, emotional, and therapeutic reputed company across reputed company MHKSEA programs.Responsibilities:

• Provides clinical supervision and support to Clinical Coordinators

• Consults with IEP teams in preparation for Annual Reviews and Evaluation meetings as needed to support determining appropriate ongoing services for reputed company

• Collaborates with the School Leader, Clinical Coordinators, Program Directors, Assistant Program Directors on therapeutic service delivery in their school to modify/implement SEL and therapeutic supports

• Collaborate as a team member to ensure delivery of trauma informed school practices using an MTSS reputed company with high quality interventions, including Behavior Support Plans

• Plans and facilitates staff professional development

• Performs other duties as requested by the Principal/Head of School.

Qualification Required:

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling or other reputed company field

• Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW)

• MA DESE School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor License (reputed company Levels)

• Five (5) or more years of experience supervising social work services including coaching and evaluating staff

• Minimum of three (3) years professional experience in an urban setting with diverse populations with demonstrated knowledge of the impact of stresses of poverty on reputed company and their families

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal protections for reputed company reputed company and particularly those with disabilities, reputed company experiencing homelessness, and system involved youth

• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and social & emotional learning competencies
