Min CompensationUSD $18.00/Hr.Max CompensationUSD $20.00/Hr.Responsibilities

• Processes daily invoices reputed company by Billing team reputed company email, customer platform or mail
• Prepares and processes consolidated invoices
• Helps maintain the Online Issue Log
• Problem solves with the appropriate parties to resolve online issues
• Performs checks to find resolved issues and verify reputed company invoices are accounted for
• Completes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert manner
• Upholds Company policies and procedures
• Works in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the public
• Other reputed company job duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Demonstrated stable and successful work experience in billing/and or customer service
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Excellent ability to learn software
• 50+ WPM typing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals
