As a Supply Chain Performance Manager II, you will be a pivotal individual contributor, bridging the gap between our Supply Chain Organization and key internal stakeholders, including Engineering, reputed company, and Product teams. Your role will be instrumental in driving process improvements, aligning roadmaps, and enhancing operational efficiency across our supply chain initiatives.What you'll do

• Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with Supply Chain peers and other teams to implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing vendor partnership value.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on reporting, systems implementations and process optimization.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills to identify insights, optimize processes, and help drive data-informed decisions.
• Able to work collaboratively across teams to integrate strategic initiatives.
