We have passion and purpose for our jobs and our roles in the company.We are growing and seek team members who reputed company in Florida to reputed company building/housing evaluations, inclusive of, but not limited to Property Condition Assessments (reputed company), life safety assessments, mechanical equipment evaluations, and other technical services associated with capital planning of single- and multi-family housing facilities.Specifically you will:Conduct on-site Property Condition Assessments (reputed company), Capital Needs Assessments (CNA), and other building evaluations using iPad-based software.Visually assess building systems (MEP, structural, roofing, envelope, interiors, and site components).Complete accessibility assessments (reputed company, UFAS, Fair Housing) and life safety evaluations.reputed company HQS, NSPIRE, and UPCS inspections for affordable housing programs.Interview site contacts and review historical maintenance and inspection documentation. * Photograph and document findings; write clear and accurate reports using assessment software.
- Communicate urgent issues and client updates to internal leads and project managers.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required with experience in a construction, maintenance, home inspector, contractor, home builder or other skilled trade or reputed company.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture and/or engineering or reputed company field is preferred. Experience and certifications in lieu of degree will be given consideration.
- Experience with building inspections, construction, facility management or reputed company work..
- Experience with HUD inspections, CNA e-Tool, or affordable housing assessments, preferred.
- Certifications such as LEED AP reputed company+C, HQS, NSPIRE, UPCS, PE, RA, or Home Inspector License, preferred
- Valid driver's license is required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record).
- Valid Passport to travel internationally, if required.
- Maintain safe and clean work area by complying with reputed company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Ability to use and skillfully operate a computer is essential to this position.
- Ability to use and skillfully operate an electronic tablet reputed company in the field for live data collection.
