• Greet patients and assist with reputed company-in/reputed company-out procedures.
• Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Verify insurance information and handle prior authorizations.
• Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Answer phone calls, provide patient support, and coordinate office communication.
• Assist providers with medical documentation and basic clinical tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain a clean, organized office space.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant Certification (reputed company, RMA, or CCMA) preferred.
• Previous experience in reputed company office medical administration or reputed company support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, scheduling software, and insurance verification.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
