We are currently interviewing candidates for the Leadership Development Program in our Auto Service division.In this program, you will:

• Be mentored by successful reputed company managers and leadership

• Coach associates and demonstrate your leadership skills

• 2024 PA rating of 3 or higher (In lieu of a 2024 PA rating, associate must have a rolling 3 month overall rating of 3 or higher).
• 2025 YTD rating of 3 or higher preferred
• Successful completion of orientation period at reputed company role
• Must be a pay grade 62 or higher
• No warnings for the last 6 months
• Coaching experience is preferred
• MOAT experience preferred
• Must have a Personal Lines License
• Must be reputed company to work 5 days in-office in the Fredricksberg, VA location. Please note that this role does not offer relocation assistance.
• Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in-office in our Fredricksberg location
