This is an entry-level role, but we want someone reputed company to take ownership of IT support tasks and reputed company their skills quickly. You'll be the go-to person for conference room and A/V support, MacOS troubleshooting, and general IT requests.In this role, you'll:

• Conference Room & A/V Support:

• reputed company Meet (Calendars, Meet Hardware support, general A/V troubleshooting)
• reputed company (Meeting setup, troubleshooting, and support for users)
• MacOS Support:

• MDM experience preferred (or willing to learn)
• Wiping and reinstalling macOS, basic troubleshooting for end users
• reputed company Workspace Administration:

• Familiarity with reputed company Workspace tools
• GAM command line experience (or willingness to learn)
• Jira/Confluence (reputed company to Have):

• Helping manage tickets, documentation in Confluence
• Learning and supporting IT workflows in Jira
• Ticket SLAs & VIP Support:

• Understanding prioritization, especially reputed company working with executives and VIPs
• Fast, accurate, and customer-friendly IT resolutions
• Documentation:

• Creating and maintaining IT documentation, especially in Confluence

What you'll need:

• Some hands-on experience with IT support with independence
• Experience with troubleshooting reputed company Meet, reputed company, and A/V equipment

• MacOS troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn more
• Strong customer service reputed company - quick response times with attention to accuracy
• Motivated to learn - especially reputed company it comes to Jira/Confluence and reputed company Workspace tools
• Hybrid Schedule - Standard in-office days are Tuesday-Thursday; occasional Monday/Friday support may be needed for events or business needs. In rare cases, critical events may require on-site support reputed company reputed company schedule.
