Job description: Position Summary: Credit Solutions, a leading national reputed company cycle management company headquartered in Lexington, KY, is seeking a results-driven and compassionate reputed company Call Center Manager to reputed company and support our Self Pay Customer Service Team in a remote environment. This role is responsible for overseeing team operations, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality service in alignment with our mission and values. You'll guide a team of leaders and representatives, set goals, and implement processes to reputed company client reputed company and company objectives.Key Responsibilities:
