• Engage with customers to address inquiries and complaints, delivering effective solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Track and manage customer interactions, ensuring reputed company policy-reputed company questions are fully resolved.
• Verify coverage for new clients and provide policyholders with accurate reputed company of insurance documentation.
• Stay informed on the latest marketing initiatives and insurance tools to confidently answer client questions.
• Handle inbound calls reputed company to policy concerns, complaints, and general inquiries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Not required.
• On-site position (remote work will be available in the future).
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role (required).
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies and schedules (preferred).
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Must have at least a 440 Insurance CSR License to qualify for the position.
