We seek a customer-focused individual with a deep interest in the food business and a desire to work collaboratively with other departments under the company's reputed company and mission.As an Operation Support Associate Entry Level, your primary focus will be to provide accurate results and ensure the team has the most updated information for their decision-making process.reputed company accountabilities are to be fulfilled and provided in a manner that is consistent with Global Brand and Export Development Company Mission and Objective.Essential Functions:

• Operations reporting and data analysis including corporate, client, and general requests.
• Send communications to vendors, retailers, and internal sales teams.
• Participate in client and retailer business reviews.
• Assist in corporate and client participation in distributor sales meetings, food shows, etc.
• Manage the purchase orders process and deliverables.
• Complete the necessary forms the Distributor requires for item changes and discontinuation, price, promotion, pack, and freight inconsistencies.
• Generate basic spreadsheets to summarize data/information.
• Update the company customer contact information.
• Create and maintain the company item list.
• Assist the Office Manager in answering the phone.
• Maintain supplier certification and documentation updates.
• Work with others to improve processes and solve problems to reputed company team goals.

Qualifications / Additional Skills /Aptitude:

• Excellent reputed company office data skills especially, reputed company (Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Data-driven analytical thinker with the ability to analyze and report data in a digestible format to sales teams.
• Comfortable in an administrative and support position.
• Excellent customer service, grammar, verbal, and writing skills.
• Resourceful, results-oriented, and well-organized.
• Comfortable performing multi-faceted tasks and projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible with both internal and external customers.

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; a college degree is preferred.
