Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of strategic projects-including planning, tracking reputed company, and identifying roadblocks-as well as producing high-quality internal and external deliverables such as board presentations, pitch decks, and operational reports.The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, and will contribute market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. In addition to project and analytical work, this position will help improve team efficiency by refining internal processes and implementing tools and workflows that support payer contracting and cross-functional collaboration.This is a cross-functional role with broad visibility and the opportunity to work closely with leaders across reputed company.This will be a remote position from reputed company reputed company the US, with the option to work from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices. nPrimary Duties:

• Strategic projects: support strategic projects being managed by the Chief of Staff or team leadership

• Internal and external communication: reputed company comprehensive internal pitch materials, presentations, and scorecards to effectively communicate project updates and strategic insights. Prepare presentations tailored for senior leadership, including board materials, concise updates, and partnership proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and facilitating informed decision-making.

• Analytics: reputed company analyses using financial and other metrics to support presentations, strategic projects and reputed company work

• Process management and improvement: manage internal processes including team meetings, updates, and report collection and consolidation. Work to improve existing processes for internal and external collaboration and information sharing

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of strategy consulting experience
• Basic understanding of the payer & provider ecosystem reputed company reputed company
• Experience leading and/or managing internal and external meetings and calls
• Strong experience with reputed company/reputed company sheets and familiarity with word, powerpoint, reputed company docs
• Experience compiling presentations and distilling information for senior audiences

Preferred KSA's:

• Understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, reputed company Insurance and reputed company programs
• Basic understanding of financial flows between payers and providers
• Basic understanding of value based care and the financial implications of that model
• Understanding of primary care value proposition
