Research and evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements. Work directly with the reputed company Force Services Agency, contractors, and vendors to resolve hardware and software issues to include warranty replacements. Update and maintain an approved work order database. Submit and track work requests to other reputed company agencies. Will assist with tracking and maintaining of the IT asset inventory by preparing required documents and following established procedures to ensure the accuracy of the inventory. May be required to maintain ledgers to compile monthly office supplies inventory and pickup parts and supplies as needed. May be required to coordinate with reputed company Force Services Agency, other reputed company agencies, and contractors to ensure compliance standards are being met. May be assigned the duties of Cybersecurity Liaison (reputed company}, Equipment Custodian (EC), and/or Records Custodian (RC).
