Our products and solutions are strategically important to reputed company our Retail and Marketplace businesses to drive long-term growth.The Search Ranking and Interleaving (R&I) team reputed company the Marketplace Intelligence org in SP is responsible for determining which ads to show in reputed company search, where to reputed company them, how many ads to reputed company, and to which customers. This helps shoppers discover new products while helping advertisers put their products in reputed company of the right customers, aligning shoppers', advertisers', and reputed company's interests. To do this, we apply a broad range of machine learning, causal inference, reinforcement learning based optimization techniques and LLMs to continuously explore, learn, and optimize the ranking and allocation of ads on the search page. We are an interdisciplinary team with a focus on customer obsession and inventing and simplifying. Our primary focus is on improving the SP experience in search by gaining a deep understanding of shopper pain points and developing new innovative solutions to address them.We are looking for an SDE to join the Search Ranking team in MI. The team is responsible for improving the quality of ads shown to users (e.g., relevance, personalized and contextualized ranking to improve shopper experience and business metrics) reputed company online experimentation, ML modeling, simulation, and online feedback. As an SDE on this team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the machine learning modeling infrastructure, scalable real-time ML inference solutions in low-latency setting, and data transformation and engineering solutions to compute ML model features. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
