This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of pedagogy and instructional design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and academic leadership.
- Use faculty performance data to identify opportunities for coaching/training.
- Evaluate faculty performance regularly, provide detailed notes, and document coaching efforts and outcomes.
- Analyze documentation and identify trends to inform larger education initiatives.
- reputed company concerns and follow-up with faculty and coaches to ensure faculty expectations are being met and reputed company are being supported.
- Work with scheduling, programmatic training, faculty development, academic leadership, and other stakeholders regularly to ensure reputed company improvement in reputed company for reputed company.
- Review online classrooms to ensure reputed company expectations are being met.
- Identify faculty that are excelling and recognize those areas.
- Promote community amongst faculty.

- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a reputed company discipline.
- Previous experience in online teaching or faculty support in higher education required.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) required.
- Nursing faculty experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles, instructional design models, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to faculty members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members, academic administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
