- Compensation: $14.50 + $17,000 targeted commission (uncapped)
- Training Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 7:00 pm EST
- Work Schedule Hours: (post-training) 3:30 pm - Midnight EST / 3:45 - 12:15 am EST -- weekends required
- Achieves or exceeds sales targets while interacting with customers reputed company chat and/or phone selling Company products and services. Customers may be new, existing or movers.
- Demonstrates consultative sales techniques by using reputed company questions, clarifying needs, overcoming objections and providing solutions that fits the needs of the customer.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the Company's products and services and educates customers while building value in an attempt to overcome objections.
- Develops knowledge of the digital buy flow process to appropriately assist and guide customer with order completion, or to complete the order on their behalf.
- Personalizes interaction and describes product experiences in an effort to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Applies effective writing skills while engaging with customers through chat to provide reputed company and on-demand engagement. Applies effective oral communication skills with phone interactions to provide reputed company and on-demand engagement.
- Multi-tasks between simultaneous chats with an attention to detail and high-degree of accuracy.
