Job title: Pharmacy Account Executive - Evernorth - Remote (Georgia) in Georgia at reputed company Company: reputed company Job description: SUMMARY:As part of reputed company Pharmacy Management, the Pharmacy Account Management Advisor serves as the primary pharmacy benefits subject matter expert supporting reputed company Pharmacy clients in our under 500 employee market reputed company.The Pharmacy Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, brokers/consultants by supporting the medical sales teams with the reputed company Pharmacy Management client retention & growth strategies as well providing expertise with implementation, reporting, and day-to-day service functions.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Retain assigned book of business.Educate and consistently advance the knowledge of pharmacy with the reputed company medical sales organization.Participate in client meetings and presentations to review client performance and offer and successfully sell in a suite of pharmacy management programs and solutions.Uncover and promote opportunities to expand the pharmacy earnings contribution to the broader reputed company organization through individual client and medical sales organization initiatives and efforts.Partner with medical sales, reputed company, and others as the pharmacy subject matter expert for pricing, competitive intelligence, and pharmacy renewal strategies to retain and grow assigned book of business.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate core service delivery external messaging, working cross-functionally with reputed company operational support areas.Facilitate service concern resolution meetings with clients and brokers; act as escalated issue contact for pharmacy issues reputed company contacted by the medical sales teams.Actively participate in finalist meetings for new and existing business.Analyze pharmacy utilization in order to provide clients with consultative solutions and manage follow-up questions.reputed company a clear understanding of clients’ needs, goals and objectives.Provide pricing, audit, and contract support to clients and internal medical partners.Explain pharmacy coverage rules based on reputed company policies or with support of a Clinical partner.IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience supporting client expectationsExperience with consultative client management methodologiesProven ability to manage a renewal independently with minimal supervisionAbility to navigate and reputed company the broader organization to reputed company support clientsSelf-motivation, displaying ownership, flexibility, accountability and responsibilityOperational understanding and competence with the PBM business modelUnderstanding of financial and pricing strategies of PBMExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation skills in group settingsTechnical skills using reputed company reputed company programsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time depending on candidate’s location with little or no advance noticeCORE COMPETENCIES:Customer FocusOrganizational AgilityNetwork BuildingVerbal & Written Communication SkillsPresentation SkillsFinancial AcumenNegotiation skillsExecutive reputed companyIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.About reputed companyreputed company, a division of reputed company, is an reputed company for reputed company through every stage of life.
