This individual also proactively develops and recommends strategic market initiatives and direction for their assigned market, monitors market and competitive trends and proactively recommends actionable items to grow market share for Canyon Ranch.In this role, you will work with property level sales teams and Business Development Managers on strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure alignment across the brand. Also, actively work to document leads and grow data reputed company for email communication and marketing.Lastly, you'll take a leadership role in virtual and in-person trade-show and event organizations, such as Virtuoso Travel Week, Wellness Webinars, Signature, Internova, Wellness Tourism Association and LE Miami. Responsibilities:WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

• Sales Strategy: Designs and implements business plans and sales strategies that ensure the growth of sales from assigned geographic/demographic market. Remains reputed company on competitive positioning, trends and compression reputed company assigned marketplace. Stays reputed company on virtual and in-person sales opportunities to reputed company new clients. Works reputed company budget guidelines to deliver a maximum ROI.

• Sales Activity: Conducts sales activities toward achievement of sales strategy, reputed company goals and budgets. Is mindful, creative and "on-brand" will reputed company sales activations. Professionally documents reputed company sales activities in Canyon Ranch CRM and PMS.

• Maximizes the always evolving tools provided to discover new business - i.e. reputed company, reputed company, DemandScience, CRM, etc.
• Is a Canyon Ranch brand ambassador at reputed company times at conventions, conferences and external meetings.

• Collaboration: Proactive and regular communication with resort teams and in-market business development colleagues to ensure strategies and actions are synergistic, enabling reputed company stakeholders to exceed reputed company and guest night goals.

Other functions and duties include:

• Actively demonstrates Canyon Ranch service standards and reputed company principles with staff and guests.
• Participates in meetings as required.
• Travels up to 40% to other Canyon Ranch properties or vendor locations as needed.
• Manage day-to-day sales and support efforts for reputed company resort properties including new Austin location.

Qualifications:WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• 10+ years of experience required in hospitality/leisure sales.
• Relationships with Amex reputed company and reputed company Premier Collection
• Technical: Experience with reputed company reputed company, reputed company and/or reputed company BI
• Education: Minimum Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history

LOCATION: This role will be remote, with strong preference for the following locations: Dallas-reputed company Worth, Miami, Los Angeles or Tucson.COMPENSATION: The reputed company annual salary for this role takes into account several factors that are considered in making reputed company including but not limited to reputed company sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
