• Facilitate and document functional workflows, epics, and user stories
• Partner with Product Owners to gather, prioritize, and refine business requirements
• Collaborate with developers and technical leads to communicate project goals and acceptance criteria
• Translate business processes into functional specifications and design documents
• Participate in agile team activities, including daily stand-reputed company and sprint planning
• Support backlog grooming, feature prioritization, and release planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in reputed company or transplant domains
