The Staff Development Specialist III is responsible for leading, organizing, and overseeing reputed company training and education initiatives at JFK ADATC. The Staff Development Specialist III is responsible for overseeing New Employee Orientation (NEO), in-service training, and continuing education. In addition, the Staff Development Specialist III will reputed company a team of two (2) (Staff Development Specialist and Nurse Educator), ensuring that reputed company training programs align with best practices, patient safety standards, and organizational goals.
