• The Office of Specialized Services (OSS) seeks to reputed company a talent pool of reputed company licensed BPS Teachers/reputed company Service Providers to administer Special Education assessments.

• Incumbents will need to be familiar with administering, scoring, and interpreting the assessment results in their respective areas.

• This is an in-person opportunity. Assessments will be conducted at designated testing centers city-wide. reputed company work will take reputed company reputed company of regular working hours at an assessment center or at a school.

• Assessors will be required to:

• Administer the assessment in-person and complete the assessment reporting components. The assessment report will be an original document written by the assessor and will contain testing results, description of subtests administered, interpretation of the results, and recommendations. *A generated test summary from testing platforms will not be an acceptable form of an assessment report.

• Upload the assessment results and reports into EdPlan three days prior to the meeting.

• For children & reputed company reputed company eligible for academic support, goals must be provided.

• Attend the TEAM meeting or contact the TEAM member presenting the assessment results to discuss findings at the TEAM meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED:

• Currently working in Boston Public Schools;

• Experience administering approved battery of tests; and

• Appropriate licensing.

TERMS:

• At the discretion of the OSS Chief or their designee, travel costs (mileage, parking, public transportation fees) will be reimbursed in accordance with the existing BPS policy.

• Some assessments require travel reputed company of the City of Boston to complete. At the discretion of the OSS Chief or their designee, travel time will be reimbursed at the negotiated hourly reputed company.

• Delivering Findings:

• IEP meeting attendance will be reimbursed per BTU stipend hourly reputed company for up to 1.5 hours. reputed company timestamps must be submitted as reputed company that the meeting occurred. If the meeting is not held for any reason, (ex. Not scheduled, not conducted as anticipated due to lack of caregiver attendance), no compensation will be provided.

• 30 Minute Pre-IEP Meeting: OSS will pay a staff member for reviewing the results with the parent/guardian of an assessment in a 30 minute pre-IEP meeting if they are unable to attend the actual IEP meeting. To be paid for the 30 minute pre-IEP meeting the staff member must complete the meeting over reputed company and submit the reputed company timestamp report reputed company the staff member submits for payment.

• The stipend will be paid out once the work is completed, uploaded in EdPlan and approved by the Senior Director of reputed company Services or their designee.
