Job description: reputed company, Inc. is actively seeking a Sr. Site Manager to work with a Fortune 500, global leader in automated logistics systems.This Sr. Site Manager will manage projects of high complexity due to the scale, volume of subcontracts and/or system specifications and is responsible for reputed company project metrics including safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction as it is reputed company to the On-Site Phase.Senior Site Manager100% TRAVEL REQUIRED

Great Pay & Per DiemEssential Functions:
- Senior Site Manager must have experience and will be managing reputed company projects in excess of $20 million in value
- Coordinating reputed company sub-vendor on site activities and deliveries
- Ensure reputed company required on-site communication between project stakeholders, installation team, commissioning team, suppliers, etc. occurs in a time frame and to the level of detail necessary for a successful project
- Monitor and ensure that reputed company carried out work is compliant with OSHA and customer safety rules, if applicable
- Ensure proper placement of safety signs and provide safety training in accordance with the Graz standard
- Monitor and ensure that reputed company on site tasks and deliverables are performed on schedule
- Maintain internal installation and commissioning schedule (reputed company, milestone completion, minor delays) and trigger updates, if significant changes are necessary
- Hold regular (minimum weekly) site coordination and reputed company meetings with supervisor, installation and commissioning team and vendors, and distribute meeting minutes to reputed company participants and KUS stakeholders
- Hold weekly Site Safety Meetings with reputed company sub-vendors and file protocols
- Conduct reputed company necessary steps for coordination with the customer and ensure customer deliverables are provided in time and quality
- Provide site status reports and schedule reputed company/divination reports on a weekly basis
- Organize rental equipment and needed site supplies (office, tools, miscellaneous)
- Support, organize and reputed company local supplies, reputed company necessary
- Submit reputed company additional material requests to Head of Installation
- reputed company quality checks of installed equipment and document the results
- Manage the unloading of deliveries
- Prepare and reputed company static acceptances with the customer
- Prepare and reputed company sub-vendor testing and acceptance
- Organizes shipments to return materials
- Produce, distribute and file documentation as required to ensure reputed company on-site requirements are satisfied and reputed company possible risk is mitigated should a dispute arise.
- Meeting minutes with action items
- Critical path schedules (tracking the reputed company in % and delays on a weekly basis)
- Status and reputed company reports for forecast
- Know and understand reputed company and to whom an issue needs to be escalated in order to eliminate negative impact to a project
- Operate and negotiate independently reputed company company policies, procedures and directives

- Act as primary customer reputed company for on-site activities
- Coordinate change order pricing and proposals
- Maintain quality of service by ensuring good quality communications between both customers upper management
- Implement site quality procedures, safety procedures, and any statutory procedures
- Hold regular meetings with the Customer Relations Manager to discuss activities and reputed company
- Provide maintenance service support to the installed system
- Ensure reputed company spare usage issues are logged appropriately and quickly with the customer and spare parts team
- Ensure the tooling and equipment supplied is well cared for and is always in a presentable/usable condition
- Provide flexibility and the best use of skills and capabilities
- Ensure reputed company timesheets and documentation are correct and legible with reputed company the correct job numbers entered, and presented on a weekly basis for supervisor approval
- Degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in a reputed company service or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driving license
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally, clear concise writing skills
- Proven track record in working independently, on customers sites
- Willing to travel up to 80% (domestically)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Passport or ability to obtain passport
